Music Ministry

The Church of the Good Shepherd has a dynamic and exciting music program for people of all ages and abilities. The key word for our music ministry is 'diversity.' We prepare music from all styles and genres and everyone is invited to participate. There are never any auditions for any of the ensembles. All you need is a love of music and desire to learn.

Our music ministry involves over 130 people and is still growing. Our goal is to provide high quality and appropriate music for the worship service as well as the many social events at the Church and in our community. The music staff brings a wide range of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to their jobs, and we are always looking for new and exciting ways to make music in a Christian environment.

Provides musical leadership every week at the 10:00 Worship Service

Youth Bell Choir

For all Seventh through Twelfth Graders
Meets Sunday mornings from 11:20 until noon in the Sanctuary

Meets Sunday afternoons starting at 4:30 in the Music Room
Provides regularly scheduled special music for Sunday Morning Services
Performs an original musical production every year

Meets Wednesday evenings from 6:15 to 7:15 in the Sanctuary

Meets Wednesday evenings from 7:30 to 9:30 in the Music Room
Provides musical leadership at all regularly scheduled worship services
Performs two concerts every year
